Marketing Manager, Direct to Client

What is the opportunity?

The RBC Client Engagement Marketing team is hiring a Marketing Manager to help turn everyday moments into lasting relationships and ambitious goals into real results.

This is your chance to lead from the front. As Marketing Manager, you'll execute direct-to-client strategies that bring Personal Banking business objectives to life and advance our ambitious Empower 2030 goals. You won't just be running campaigns — you'll be crafting exceptional client experiences that turn everyday banking interactions into lasting client relationships.

What will you do?

• Translate bold Personal Banking strategies into seamless, multi-channel client experiences that deepen relationships with existing clients;

• Build collaborative relationships with internal partners responsible for delivering direct-to-client actions;

• Partner closely with LOB marketing teams to make every client touchpoint unmistakably client-first with value props that align with business strategy;

• Champion performance at every step, using insight and creativity to unlock incremental campaign results and continuous improvement;

• Bring bold and innovative ideas that will enhance the client experience in unexpected ways;

• Actively participate in pod routines including quarterly planning and prioritization activities.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• University Degree; Marketing, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in direct marketing strategies

• Ability to leverage AI to improve productivity and executional excellence

• Strong strategic thinking with ability to see the bigger picture while executing tactically

• Excellent project and time management skills with strong organizational abilities

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in evolving environments

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience working in Financial Services.

• Experience building strong relationships.

• Business acumen
