Who we are looking for
The post-trade Straight-Through Processing (STP) team is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with financial services background to design and manage software projects critical to our client’s real-time transaction processing needs. The right individual will leverage their analytical and technical skills to quickly familiarize themselves with our environment, manage the delivery of business-oriented functional enhancements and architect technical platform transformation for a leading investment manager.

What you will be responsible for
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will
Understand complex end-to-end transaction processing flows through multiple applications across a broad range of financial asset classes.
Manage projects on a monthly software release cycle with minimal supervision.
Coordinate the gathering of business requirements between project managers, business users, and developer teams.
Define use cases, functional specifications, and test cases. Ensure test coverage and complete documentation for each software release.
Meet with client senior managers, present business solutions, set up/optimize business processes.
Be available for release weekend support and overnight production support on a rotational basis.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software testing, or technology delivery.
Experience defining business requirements and creating technical specifications.
Experience supporting large-scale software application projects.
Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance practices.
Experience within financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Work Requirement
Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remote
Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs(8am to 5pm)
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $167,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
