Overview
TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Communications Manager, based at our Headquarters in Athens, Greece. The role will contribute to the strategic priorities of the Corporate Communications Department. The primary scope of this role is to lead corporate communication initiatives for internal and external audiences, strengthening and protecting TITAN’s corporate reputation through effective stakeholder engagement, media relations, crisis communications, and CSR actions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead corporate communication projects targeting internal and external audiences, supporting a strong and consistent corporate reputation
- Lead reputation management initiatives, with a particular focus on local communities and stakeholder engagement, translating strategic direction into communication and CSR actions
- Co-lead crisis communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent messaging in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership
- Co-lead media office operations, including media relations and media buying
- Monitor media coverage relating to the company and key peers, identify relevant trends, and recommend actions where needed
- Develop CSR initiatives and partnerships with stakeholders at national and local level
- Collaborate with managers across the business to implement internal and external communication programs
- Create and adapt content for different platforms and occasions, including press releases, social media, corporate websites, intranet, newsletters, and articles
- Produce multimedia content and communication materials that support the corporate narrative, including videos, infographics, presentations, annual reports, and leaflets
- Plan and oversee physical and online events
- Monitor departmental and project budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in Corporate Communications, including demonstrated experience in media relations, issues management, and local community engagement
- Experience in crisis communications and the ability to operate effectively in sensitive or high-pressure situations
- Proven ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across different levels and functions
- Demonstrated experience using digital and AI tools to create and manage communication materials across different formats
- Strong digital skills, with hands-on experience across a range of social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
