Do you enjoy connecting with customers, identifying new opportunities, and turning conversations into business?
Are you proactive, energetic, customer-focused, and excited by the challenge of helping a business grow?
If so, we’d love to meet you!
Who We Are
Kramer is a global leader in professional audio-visual technology, creating innovative hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions that power creativity, collaboration, and human connection.
Our technologies are trusted by organizations around the world and help create more engaging, inclusive, and connected experiences.
At Kramer, people, ideas, and technology come together. We believe in initiative, collaboration, curiosity, and empowering our people to make an impact.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our Americas Sales organization in Mexico City.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You will play an important role in supporting our customers and partners while proactively identifying opportunities that help drive business growth across the region.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will work closely with direct and indirect customers, system integrators, distribution partners, and our Sales Managers. Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and respond quickly will directly contribute to our success.
This is much more than a sales support role — you will be actively engaging with the market, opening doors, developing opportunities, and helping customers find the right solutions.
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with direct and indirect customers, partners, and system integrators.
Proactively reach out to customers and partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
Re-engage existing opportunities and help move them forward through the sales process.
Support customers with pricing, product availability, inventory information, lead times, and order status.
Ensure customers receive timely, professional, and accurate responses to their requests.
Identify qualified opportunities and work closely with the appropriate Sales Manager to move them forward.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Prepare and manage quotes and support opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
Become a trusted point of contact for customers and partners, delivering an excellent customer experience every step of the way.
What We're Looking For
You are someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and making things happen.
You are proactive and curious. You don't wait for opportunities to come to you — you go looking for them.
You are comfortable asking questions, learning new things, and working with different people and teams.
Ideally, you bring:
At least 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Sales Support, or a similar commercial role.
Experience in the Pro AV industry is highly preferred.
Understanding of the IT/AV channel, including working with distributors, system integrators, resellers, and end users.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar systems, including managing opportunities, quotes, and pipeline data.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong customer-service mindset and a genuine desire to help customers.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach.
The confidence to ask questions and the curiosity to continuously learn.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Ability to work from Mexico City.
Why Kramer?
At Kramer, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a global technology company while making a real impact on the growth of our business in the Americas.
You'll work with talented colleagues, innovative technology, and customers across a dynamic and evolving industry.
If you're ready to take ownership, build relationships, create opportunities, and grow your sales career — we want to hear from you!
