The Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and sustainability of reporting assets while driving ongoing transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities. This role partners closely with Operations, Technology, and Analytics stakeholders to modernize legacy processes, improve automation, expand self-service capabilities, and advance the organization's maturity from reporting production to insight-driven decision making.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery, quality, and operational stability of critical reporting, dashboards, scorecards, data extracts, and recurring reporting processes supporting Service Operations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.

  • Serve as a technical leader across reporting and analytics platforms, including Power BI, SQL, cloud-based data platforms, automation tools, and emerging analytics technologies.
  • Drive ongoing transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities by reducing manual processes, modernizing legacy solutions, implementing sustainable automation, and advancing the organization's analytics maturity.
  • Develop and execute roadmaps that transition reporting from reactive performance reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision support.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled capabilities, automation, modern data platforms, and self-service analytics solutions that improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Promote strong governance, data quality, and metric standardization across reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Coordinate work across business, technology, and analytics partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and reporting solutions.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels without direct authority to drive alignment and results.

✅ Leadership & Collaboration Scope

  • Functions as a senior individual contributor and technical leader within the Reporting & Insights organization.
  • Does not have direct people management responsibility today but serves as a key influencer and subject matter expert across analytics, reporting, and operational performance domains.
  • Partners closely with Executive Directors, Directors, and operational leaders to align reporting priorities with business objectives.
  • Collaborates across Operations, Technology, Data, Product, Finance, and Enterprise Analytics teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations that influence decisions and operational priorities.
  • Leads through expertise, credibility, collaboration, and influence rather than formal organizational authority.

✅ Decision-Making & Impact

  • Makes decisions regarding reporting design, analytical approaches, automation opportunities, and solution development within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Accountable for the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, and usability of reporting and analytics deliverables.
  • Balances competing business priorities and recommends trade-offs that maximize operational and strategic value.
  • Influences leadership decisions through insights, recommendations, and performance visibility.
  • Drives measurable improvements in reporting efficiency, automation, data quality, and business adoption of insights.
  • Contributes directly to the long-term transformation of reporting capabilities toward scalable, self-service, and insight-driven solutions.
  • Identifies and escalates risks, dependencies, and operational challenges that may impact business performance or reporting reliability.

✅ Required Qualifications
