Digital Marketing Specialist - Search & Shopping

Help shape how customers discover the latest technology across digital channels. In this 15-month fixed term digital marketing specialist - search & shopping role, you’ll bring your expertise in paid media platforms, campaign optimization, and performance measurement to improve customer reach and drive meaningful business results. 

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen our search and shopping programs, uncover actionable insights, and explore emerging technologies that support continued growth.  

We practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office in Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do as a digital marketing specialist - search & shopping: 

• Provide platform expertise and operational support across search and shopping ads across platforms such as Google Ads, SA360. 

• Manage campaign setup, account structures, and taxonomy, while establishing scalable best practices. 

• Support product feeds and dynamic product advertising across off-site search and shopping campaigns. 

• Monitor campaign pacing and performance, identifying trends, delivery issues, and optimization opportunities. 

• Optimize campaigns through bid strategy adjustments, creative updates, product changes, and ongoing performance analysis. 

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting that translates campaign data into clear insights and recommendations. 

• Collaborate with marketing teams and external partners to improve product data and implement new advertising technology features. 

• Manage campaign setup on search, display, and social platforms, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with media strategy. 

• Explore emerging AI technologies to help strengthen and expand digital marketing programs.  

 

What we’re looking for: 

• 2–3 years of experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, or programmatic DSPs. 

• 1–2 years of experience working with dynamic product ads and product feeds. 

• Experience with digital advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or Adobe Experience Platform. 

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to interpret campaign data. 

• Understanding of campaign setup, optimization, measurement, and performance reporting. 

• Detail-oriented and collaborative, with strong communications and prioritization skills, and a passion for continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Annualized Compensation Range

$59,000.00 - $66,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
