As a Lead Generation Specialist, you identify and acquire qualified business contacts. With your strong understanding of B2B markets, your data-driven approach, and your excellent communication skills, you unlock new sales potential and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of our company.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Identify and proactively approach potential business customers
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and prepare qualified contacts
- Schedule appointments and hand them over to the sales team
- Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns
- Use CRM and analytics tools to optimize and streamline processes
YOUR SKILLS:
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with a high level of assertiveness
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
