We are looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager (E-commerce & Quick Commerce) to drive growth across martket place platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the sales, growth and profitability of assigned platforms. Drive monthly targets and identify opportunities to accelerate business performance.
  • Build strong relationships with Category Managers and key stakeholders across marketplaces. Negotiate visibility, campaigns, new listings and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans with platform partners. Conduct regular business reviews and track execution against agreed objectives.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to plan platform campaigns, seasonal promotions and new product launches that drive sales and ROI.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure optimum stock availability, accurate forecasting and minimal stock-outs during business-as-usual and promotional periods.
  • Own dashboards and reporting for sales, spends, margins, ROI and campaign performance. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Monitor competitor activity, category trends and consumer behaviour. Share actionable insights with the NPD team to identify product opportunities and improve the portfolio.
  • Work closely with brand, finance, operations, demand planning and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and achievement of business goals.


EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPENTENCIES

  • 4–8 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG or D2C.
  • Existing relationships with major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI is a plus.
  • Street-smart, ownership-driven, execution-focused and highly comfortable working with numbers, dashboards and business reviews.
