Description
We are recruiting Lebanese candidates for an exciting Trade Sales Supervisor opportunity with a well-established company in the body care industry in Zambia. Candidate needs to be of strong character, disciplined, willing to work in a challenging environment and under pressure. Educational background is not an issue. Experience in sales or field work is preferred but is not restricting.
The company is looking to hire several Trade Sales Supervisors to cover multiple territories across Zambia.
Candidates with a BT, TS, secondary education, or practical sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise sales activities within an assigned territory in Zambia.
- Lead and support a team of local sales representatives who will report directly to you.
- Sell and promote a portfolio of body care products, including perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, personal care, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
- Monitor sales performance, achieve sales targets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate with the management team to ensure territory objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, beauty products, cosmetics, perfumes, pharmacy cosmetics, FMCG, cash-van, or outdoor sales.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Presentable, serious, and target-driven.
- Ready to relocate and work in Zambia.
- Passport available or able to renew quickly.
- English - French is a plus.
