As a Relationship Manager at OCBC Global Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of corporate real estate clients while supporting senior relationship managers on larger and more complex client groups.

You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering holistic banking solutions across lending, treasury, cash management, trade finance, and capital markets. This role provides the opportunity to work with leading property developers, real estate investment companies, REITs and private real estate funds (PEREs).

You should possess some understanding of the global real estate sector, including key markets such as Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Asia Pacific. Exposure to multiple real estate asset classes, including office, logistics, hospitality, retail, and residential, will be advantageous.

What you do

1. Manage a portfolio of real estate corporate clients and/or support senior relationship managers in covering larger and more complex client relationships.

2. Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to deepen relationships through the provision of tailored banking and financing solutions.

3. Identify and pursue business opportunities across lending, cash management, treasury, capital markets, and other corporate banking products.

4. Collaborate closely with product partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

5. Conduct financial, industry, and credit analysis, prepare credit applications / annual reviews and manage entire financing process through legal documentation and implementation.

6. Monitor portfolio performance, client developments, and market conditions to proactively identify opportunities and emerging risks.

7. Stay abreast of global real estate market trends, investment activity, and industry developments, applying insights to client strategy and portfolio management.

8. Contribute to portfolio growth, revenue generation, and cross-selling objectives while maintaining strong asset quality and risk discipline.

Who you are

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics

  • At least 5 years of credit and marketing experience in corporate banking or a related field in real estate financing.

  • Good knowledge of corporate banking products, including lending, cash management, treasury, capital markets and corporate finance solutions.

  • Sound credit and financial analysis capabilities.

  • Able to work independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commercially minded, analytical, and results-driven, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.

  • A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
