Description
AAA Club Alliance is hiring for a Manager, Talent Management to join our team! The Manager leads enterprise talent management programs that strengthen leadership capability, succession readiness, internal mobility, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as the functional owner for Workday Talent Management processes, analytics, dashboards, and reporting that enable data-informed talent decisions. The position partners with business and HR leaders to design, implement, and continuously improve scalable programs that build future leadership pipelines and support business priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise Talent Management programs, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Development Plans, Career Profiles, promotability assessments, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Own the implementation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Manager Rotation Program, ensuring alignment with leadership development, workforce planning, and succession objectives.
- Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to identify talent needs, rotational opportunities, participant selection criteria, and development experiences that build leadership capability and bench strength.
- Serve as the functional owner for Workday Talent Management processes; partner with HRIS to configure, test, implement, and enhance talent functionality, business processes, reporting, dashboards, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain talent dashboards, scorecards, and workforce reports that provide actionable insights on succession readiness, talent strength, development progress, internal mobility, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor Talent Management metrics and key performance indicators; analyze trends and recommend actions to improve program effectiveness and support strategic talent decisions.
- Facilitate talent and succession discussions with leaders and HR partners, ensuring consistent process execution, timely completion, quality outcomes, and leadership accountability.
- Create, deliver, and maintain Talent Management resources, training materials, leader guides, job aids, process documentation, and communication materials that support program adoption and leader capability.
- Leverage stakeholder feedback, analytics, and market practices to enhance talent programs, improve operational effectiveness, and strengthen leadership development outcomes.
- Produce and support internal communications related to Talent Management programs, initiatives, milestones, and adoption efforts through appropriate communication channels.
- Co-lead the planning and execution of AAA Day, including ambassador program leadership, event strategy, communications, logistics, vendor coordination, volunteer engagement, and post-event evaluation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness or related HR field required.
- Experience leading Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Development Planning, talent assessment, and leadership development programs.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide programs and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience partnering with leaders to support workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational development.
- Experience developing executive-level reporting and translating workforce data into actionable insights.
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management practices, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, talent assessment, career development, and leadership development.
- Proficiency in Workday Talent Management, including Development Plans, Career Profiles, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex workforce and talent data, develop meaningful metrics and dashboards, and translate findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ability to design, implement, and continuously improve talent and leadership development programs.
- Strong consulting, influencing, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to facilitate talent discussions and guide leaders on development and succession strategies.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, critical-thinking capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
