Heinz Orthodontics is growing, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Administrator who’s as passionate about people as we are about creating beautiful, healthy smiles! What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Handle patient check-in/check-out.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Assist with insurance verifications and billing support.
- Keep the front desk area organized, efficient, and upbeat.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, positive personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or dental/medical office setting preferred.
- Comfort with technology and scheduling software (experience with orthodontic or dental software is a plus).
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
