Job Description:
Working with the Airbus Aerostructures Procurement Strategy team, you will manage transverse project, compliance or business improvement activities and provide general daily support to the team. The role will initially focus on strategic sustainability initiatives, specifically within Substances Management.
Responsibilities - your mission:
Project planning
Identify, agree and coordinate the project interfaces
Prepare a project profile and agree service levels with the ordering departments / customers
Prepare and support detailed project workload estimations and project descriptions
Plan and control the order management of project suppliers
Prepare a detailed budget planning for projects
Concept development for procedures / processes / industrialization
Follow strategy topics and project related communication and provide active guidance to colleagues
Ensure a global agreement on process/procedural requirements with overall project interfaces
Perform economic efficiency evaluations of projects
Project implementation
Ensure the integration planning of projects into existing processes/procedures/current production
Represent the project vis-à-vis the next higher project reporting level
Represent the project vis-à-vis project interfaces
Project reporting / controlling
Handle data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting
Present and document the subproject status for quality, costs and deadlines
Identify the subproject risks and introduce measures for risk minimization
Establish and moderate work progress meetings
Track the project by providing regular status updates and presenting results to key stakeholders
Project management
Coordinate the subproject
Project completion
Perform the technical and economic handover of the project with project documentation to the superordinate project reporting level
Expert advice
Advice on project interfaces concerning specific global interrelations of processes, procedures or production
Agreement and mutual agreement with cross-functional internal and external, partly international interfaces on different hierarchical levels and with partly different interests
Within the scope of a subproject, problem solutions, services or serialization of procedures, processes or workflows including project documentation
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
A diploma/bachelor degree in business administration, or engineering; several years of professional experience in consulting, project management or comparable qualification
Good to have: at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related fields
Experience in leading projects
High resilience and assertiveness
High Team & communication skills
Strong analytical skills and high learning agility
Proactive, open-minded attitude with a keen interest in Sustainability
Negotiation-level fluency in English
Experience in G Suite
