[What the role is]
You will be part of the Legal team, managing claims, providing Board Secretariat support, assisting with digital transformation initiatives, and knowledge management.You will work closely with colleagues from internal divisions, external stakeholders, insurers, loss adjusters and service providers to facilitate the effective management of claims. In addition, you will play a key role in driving process improvements through automation, digitalisation, and the development of knowledge management resources.
This is a dynamic and multidisciplinary role that combines legal administration, technology adoption, stakeholder engagement, and project management to enhance operational effectiveness and organisational capability.
[What you will be working on]
Claims Management
You will manage the end-to-end claims process, including coordinating with operational divisions, insurers and loss adjusters and other stakeholders to facilitate timely assessment and resolution of claims.
Board Secretariat Support
You will assist in Board-related engagements and corporate secretariat functions, including coordinating Board meetings, preparing meeting materials and supporting the organisation of Board events.
Digital Transformation and Process Improvement
You will support the Legal team’s digital transformation efforts by identifying and implementing technology-driven solutions to improve legal operations and service delivery.
This includes working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain case management and tracking tools, explore AI and automation solutions, streamline workflows, and leverage data analytics to generate insights that support decision-making and operational improvements.
Knowledge Management
You will assist in developing and maintaining legal knowledge resources, including precedents, templates, guidance materials, and structured repositories to promote consistency, efficiency, and institutional knowledge retention across the team.
[What we are looking for]
Areas of study in law/legal studies or relevant experience in legal work.
Experience as a paralegal in private practice, legal executive in the public sector, or a similar legal support role will be an advantage.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines independently.
Meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented, with sound judgment and the ability to identify practical solutions.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal clients and external parties such as law firms, insurers and service providers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess a good understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI.
Experience with enterprise process automation, low-code/no-code platforms and AI tools, or digital transformation projects will be an advantage.
Adaptable, proactive, and keen to learn in a dynamic and evolving environment.
