Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and technological advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement these architectures is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in solution definition that meets complex business and technical requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system capabilities to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Skilled in collaborating across diverse teams to drive architectural consistency and quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
