Job Summary: Reporting to the Head of NAM Field Services & Fulfillment, The Senior Manager, NAM Inventory & Repair leads inventory management, depot repair operations, asset management, and technical support activities across North America. The role drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and contractual performance while supporting a standardized and scalable Global Services Operating Model.

The Senior Manager provides leadership for regional inventory and repair operations, including asset lifecycle management, vendor management, KPI oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as the primary escalation point for significant operational and customer issues.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory management, depot repair operations, and related technical support functions across multiple regional programs, ensuring operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and compliance with contractual requirements.

  • Lead repair demand forecasting, capacity planning, and asset lifecycle analytics to optimize inventory availability, repair throughput, equipment reliability, and deployment readiness across regional operations.

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of NAM Field Services and Fulfillment, and Director of Field Services NAM to align inventory, repair, and deployment strategies while partnering with Engineering, Asset Performance, Supply Chain, and Technical Support teams to continually improve equipment reliability, service recovery, and operational continuity.

  • Oversee inventory control, depot repair, shipping and receiving, RMA administration, material planning, and asset management to ensure inventory accuracy, asset availability, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, and performance management for managers, supervisors, technicians, and operational teams.

  • Establish and monitor key operational and financial KPIs and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities across repair services, inventory management, procurement, transportation, parts availability, and technical support activities.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for significant customer, operational, inventory, repair, and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, agency stakeholders, OEM suppliers, vendors, and internal business partners to support operational stability and service excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, regulatory, contractual, certification, and company requirements across repair operations, facilities, inventory processes, equipment, and personnel.

  • Lead technology-enabled transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory visibility, asset reliability, repair efficiency, reporting capabilities, and overall operational performance.

  • Support business growth initiatives by providing operational leadership, subject matter expertise, and strategic input for proposals, bids, business planning, and customer expansion opportunities.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in inventory management, depot repair operations, logistics, or a related operational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, asset lifecycle management, depot repair operations, maintenance planning, materials management, shipping and receiving processes, stockroom controls, RMA administration, and service delivery performance management.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage repair operations against contractual turnaround times, KPI commitments, quality requirements, and customer expectations.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational and financial performance, develop meaningful KPIs and reporting, and translate insights into actions that improve business results.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability management, and strategic decision-making.

  • Demonstrated success leading operational improvements, risk mitigation, process standardization, technology-enabled transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Knowledge of quality systems, safety regulations, contractual compliance requirements, asset governance, inventory controls, and operational control frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms supporting asset lifecycle management, inventory control, repair operations, service delivery, and performance reporting.

  • Experience leading technology-enabled transformation and process automation initiatives.

Cubic Pay Range:

$118,000.00 - $145,000.00* + benefits.

*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
