A. Overcoming engineering challenges.

In this role, candidate will show his/her mettle as you find ways to uphold excellence and high standards in our predictive, preventive and reactive maintenance programs and conservation practices. Working closely with the other line managers, you will also monitor the M&E projects for H&M Philippines Account and MES Mobile Engineering Projects, looking out for the quality and ensuring the timely delivery. Delivering complete and accurate facility management report is another requirement that you must meet consistently.

Likewise, he/she will play a huge part in the hands-on process of providing the client comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management technical services. He/she will contribute to hitting the financial targets and other goals set by Country Hub Lead, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

B. Shaping a system of best practices

Candidate's engineering prowess will be the toolkit for success. He/she will be managing on-site mechanical works should be second nature to you. He/she will also be in-charge of preparing the list of critical spares for all installations based on the manufacturer’s recommendations.

On top of these, he/she will also plan the maintenance inventory being carries with our in-house teams. No machine failures of critical equipment should escape your sharp eye. He/she should also be ready with a pre-emptive maintenance program for these malfunctions to prevent the risk of sudden breakdowns.

He/she will also make sure that our logbooks/monitoring, checklists, and schedules are upkeep and current. From time-to-time, he/she is expected to arrange ad-hoc/Reactive Maintenance set ups based on client requirements.

C. Other related field activities that maybe assigned by the MES HUB Lead
