As a Client Services Representative at CMC Markets, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of 'Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers' award. What you’ll be working on
As our new Client Services Representative, you'll:
Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
Participate in a rotating schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.
What will help you be successful?
You’ll possess previous experience in a customer service environment.
Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
Technically strong with comfort using trading platforms, CRM systems and communication tools.
Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand permanently.
