Job Description:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional experience managing recruitment and selection processes, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidates against defined selection criteria.
• Working knowledge of Brazilian recruitment practices, labor-market conditions, and applicable employment requirements.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment platforms, and professional sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent business applications.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, corporate, or other specialized positions.
• Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Knowledge of Brazilian data privacy requirements, particularly LGPD, as they apply to candidate information.
• Experience with recruitment analytics, employer branding, and diversity sourcing strategies.
• English-language skills are an advantage.
