Business & Technology Innovation Manager (Accenture LLP; Boston, MA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Technology Innovation Manager in Boston, MA, and the job duties are as follows:

 

• Analyze existing client systems, workflows, and data flows to assess current operational capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders to design and document optimized future-state system enhancements.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, including data mapping and functional specifications, to support the development and implementation of technology solutions.
• Evaluate and improve system performance and business processes by applying structured analysis techniques such as SIPOC diagrams, root cause analysis, time-motion studies, and RACI matrices.
• Assess and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and maximizing operational efficiency.
• Support project execution by managing tasks such as status tracking, issue resolution, and budget monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy by adhering to guidance from senior leadership and integrating strategic objectives into systems planning and solution design.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

 

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

 

• Streamlining service supply chain operations using Lean Six Sigma methodology;
• Designing and documenting current and future-state process flows using Business Process Management (BPM) tools, including Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart;
• Implementing and managing supply chain solutions across the technology, healthcare, communications, and media sectors;
• Conducting data-driven analysis of internal and client-side operations to identify performance gaps;
• Leading process improvement initiatives including automation, workflow optimization, and cost reduction strategies; and
• Tracking and reporting business impact by mapping solution components to KPIs, including ROI.

 

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Act, the offered wage for this role is $151,778.00  to $151,778.00 per year and information on benefits offered is here.
