- Du leitest und unterstützt bereichsübergreifende Lean‑ und Six‑Sigma‑Initiativen und arbeitest eng mit allen Fachbereichen zusammen.
- Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse (BPMN), identifizierst Leistungs‑ und Effizienzlücken und leitest strukturierte Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Du wendest Lean‑Methoden und strukturierte Problemlösungsansätze (z. B. DMAIC, PDCA, Visual Management) zur nachhaltigen Prozessoptimierung an.
- Du setzt klassische Projekte und Lean‑Projekte eigenverantwortlich um und stellst messbare Verbesserungen sicher.
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Anwendung von Operational‑Management‑Routinen (z. B. Stand‑ups, KPI‑Dashboards).
- Du förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung durch Coaching und Wissensweitergabe zu Lean Six Sigma.
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Prozess‑, Business‑Excellence‑, oder Projektmanagement.
- Du besitzt eine Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Zertifizierung sowie idealerweise eine Projektmanagement‑Zertifizierung (IPMA, Prince2, PMI).
- Du hast Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Prozessmodellierungsmethoden (BPMN) und -anwendungen (ARIS, Adonis, Signavio).
- Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und datenbasiert und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Performance‑Kennzahlen und Geschäftsprozesse.
- Du überzeugst durch eine Hands‑on‑Mentalität, ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Coaching‑Kompetenz.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit hoher Service‑ und Lösungsorientierung.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 3.000,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
