Your Role
The Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining feasible production plans that meet customer demand while balancing available capacity, materials and inventory. The role ensures reliable delivery performance, optimized inventory levels and effective coordination between Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service.
You will play a key role in transforming customer demand into an executable manufacturing plan, by converting demand into an executable manufacturing schedule and ensure teams know what to make, when to make it and which constraints require attention.
Your Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and adjust production plans based on customer requirements, capacity and material availability.
- Manage and coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in line with Group standards.
- Use MRP systems to plan material requirements and release purchase orders for raw materials.
- Monitor raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory levels.
- Analyse sales orders, forecasts, customer changes and capacity constraints and adapt plans accordingly.
- Validate demand, capacity, material and schedule constraints before releasing work orders.
- Confirm delivery dates and proactively communicate risks and recovery actions.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer Service to resolve issues and maintain plan stability.
- Drive disciplined review and replanning cycles, ensuring exceptions are managed proactively.

Your profile
- 2- 5 years experience in production planning, demand planning, supply chain or a similar manufacturing environment.
- High school, technical or vocational qualification.
- Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, inventory control and MRP systems.
- Analytical mindset with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- English proficiency at B1 level or above.
- Experience working with SAP modules
