Education:

A college degree or diploma preferably specializing in Hotel management or equivalent experience is recommended.

Experience:

Experience required by position is from three to five years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization.

Skills and Abilities:

· Bilingual required, English and Spanish

· Effective oral and written communication

· Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal and coaching skills.

· Applicants are required to have three to five years’ experience in a management role in the Housekeeping department.

· A college degree or diploma preferably specializing in Hotel management or equivalent experience is recommended.

· Ability to work irregular hours, weekends and evenings.

· Passionate and motivated leader, with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

· A demonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team is essential, as is solid business acumen and a passion for service.

· Strong training and supervisory skills are essential.

· Laundry experience is a plus.

· Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as is computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word.

· Be on time according the roll schedule.

· Be on time on briefings, meetings and appointments.

· To pass over relevant information, pending tasks to do, projects, follow up activities to the next shift so everyone is aware.

· To follow up all the pending task with others departments (Engineering imperfections reported)

· Constantly verifying all the employees’ payroll receipt are signed.
