Vice President, Media Solutions, India

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic business leader to drive regional growth across OOH and Cinema, with end-to-end ownership of business strategy, revenue delivery, New Business Development, and POD P&L. The role will focus on driving profitable growth through new client acquisition, existing account expansion, strategic pitches and increased market share. The candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging opportunities across OOH, DOOH, premium & ambient media and Cinema, building a strong business pipeline, strengthening stakeholder  partnerships, and ensuring accountability for revenue, margins, profitability, forecasting, and commercial governance.

The ideal candidate should bring 15+ years of relevant experience in OOH, media, or advertising, with a proven track record in business leadership, P&L management, and new business acquisition. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage and develop regional teams, build senior-level client relationships, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across planning, strategy, finance, procurement, operations, and execution. The candidate must demonstrate strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth while driving team performance, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and overall regional profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in client servicing, relationship management, and business development.
• Strong expertise in OOH media solutions, with the ability to develop innovative, impactful, and effective media strategies.
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing large client portfolios, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
• A positive, proactive, and solution-driven mindset, with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities and deliver results in dynamic business environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
