Description
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager you will report directly into the Senior Director of HR and support the overall compensation and benefits strategy of Acronis. You will work closely with one additional teammate dedicated to global compensation while also joining a large, global HR team whom you will partner with in order to support the growth plans of the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with HR business partners to serve as a compensation subject matter expert.
Provide consultative expertise for compensation reviews, benchmarking, and problem-solving in support of the company’s overall corporate compensation program.
Manage job architecture, job leveling, salary structures, pay ranges, and benchmarking methodologies.
Develop and maintain salary ranges based on market data, internal equity, and geography.
Provide global support on annual compensation programs, such as bonus, focal (merit/promotion/LTI), and market pricing.
Research and analyze global market data, salary surveys, and compensation trends to drive creative programs.
Develop and maintain the companies pay transparency strategy and practices.
Actively conduct complicated data analysis, interpret results, present findings, and recommend changes as needed to build internal process documentation and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.
Build strong working relationships with various cross-functional groups/stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage the design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of employee benefits programs.
Partner with benefit brokers, insurance providers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective programs.
Monitor market developments and emerging practices in compensation, benefits, pay equity, and pay transparency.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years global compensation manager experience
Experience developing and communicating salary ranges and compensation frameworks to HR teams, managers, and employees
Expert in excel and data analysis, Power Query/Power BI a plus
Proficiency in AI tools
Strong internal customer focus with ability to partner across multiple teams and levels of the business
High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
