About the Role
Under general direction, the Learning and Development Coordinator will promote consistent service delivery through the development and upskilling of staff in accordance with CLO’s Vision, Mission and Purpose, Values and Code. Staff training is a key aspect of this position, and this role actively supports employee development to support overall Participant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day functional operations of Learning and Development; including directly supervising the Learning and Development Administrator and ensuring a consistent team focus on the achievement of relevant organisational objectives.
• Participate and lead in the effective development, facilitation and review of organisational training and developmental programs and monitor and assess implementation for effectiveness.
• Support the design and delivery of the induction program.
• Coordinate the effective planning, booking and delivery of external and internal training to meet organisational needs.
To be Successful
• Ability to work with and supervise staff.
• Superior planning and measuring skills.
• High level / advanced computer literacy.
• In-depth knowledge of learning and development principles in practice
• Flexible working hours.
• Prepared to work within any service area of Community Living Options.
Qualifications and Requirements
Current Drivers Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain
Relevant tertiary qualification, being a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Adult Education, Developmental Education or in Social, Behavioural or Health Science
Certificate IV Training and Assessment
Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia
