ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a Director of Luxury Transient and Leisure Sales for a prestigious luxury resort. This is a senior commercial role responsible for driving room revenue through the acquisition, development, and retention of high-value transient accounts across corporate travelers, luxury travel advisors, entertainment clients, consortia partners, high-net-worth individuals, and premium leisure travelers. The goal is to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance while upholding the exceptional standards of a luxury property.

This is a senior commercial role responsible for driving room revenue through the acquisition, development, and retention of high-value transient accounts across corporate travelers, luxury travel advisors, entertainment clients, consortia partners, high-net-worth individuals, and premium leisure travelers. The goal is to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance while upholding the exceptional standards of a luxury property.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify, solicit, and secure new transient business across corporate, luxury leisure, entertainment, and travel advisor segments
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed transient room revenue targets
- Build and manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia programmes, and preferred travel partners
- Negotiate and maintain preferred corporate rate agreements and strategic luxury travel partnerships
- Conduct sales calls, client presentations, FAM trips, and property site visits
- Partner with Revenue Management to optimise transient pricing, monitor demand patterns, and identify market share opportunities
- Analyse account performance including booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR to inform strategy and drive growth
- Represent the property at luxury travel industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales with a strong focus on transient business development
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and growing high-value accounts across luxury leisure and corporate channels
- Deep knowledge of luxury travel advisor relationships, consortia programmes, and premium leisure markets
- Strong commercial acumen including ADR and RevPAR analysis, pricing strategy, and revenue optimisation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Self-directed and effective working remotely with a high degree of accountability
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident - visa sponsorship is not available
- Must have legal work authorization in the United States
