At CESO, the Construction Manager oversees multiple construction projects for multiple clients and acts as an extension of the owner’s design and construction staff. This position oversees the work of general contractors, engineers, internal client departments, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
