How you will contribute

You will: 

• Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
• Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
• Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
• Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

• Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices
• Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards

Key responsibilites:

• Responsible for the end-to-end process of report creation, from data integration and transformation to visualization and timely publication
• Proactively identify trends and exceptions, conduct root cause analysis, and provide initial recommendations to stakeholders, directly contributing to the optimization of functional and business unit performance

KPIs Management:

• Overall LA NR and volume
• Self-Service Report/Dashboard Utilization
• Dashboard Uptime/Availability
• Report/Dashboard Accuracy Rate

Hard Skills:

• Data management and visualization tools — Advanced
• Understanding of business processes (SC planning, commercial planning and finance) — Basic
• Python, R or other tools for statistical analysis — Basic
• Progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
• Proven experience with data integration, ETL processes, and advanced visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View, Looker)
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and transformation
• Experience with data integration processes and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices for data quality

Soft skills

• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities — Intermediate
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team — Intermediate
