Description
Job Title: Deputy Manager
📍 Location: Allerton, Liverpool
💷 Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month – 5 full shifts inclusive of sleep-ins, with the remaining hours split across 9-5 shifts
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: 2 children (initially 1 young person on placement), EBD, staffed at a 2:1 ratio
🏠 The Home:
- Number of beds: Registered for 4, currently operating for 2
- Ofsted rating: Awaiting first inspection (2 of the company's other homes are rated Good)
Who you will be working for:
- Family-run, close-knit company
- Number of homes: 3 currently, 4th in progress
- Other services: Children's residential only
