The Kinetic Group is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of small caliber ammunition under the iconic brands B&P, CCI, Federal Premium, Fiocchi, HEVI, Remington and Speer. We have domestic ammunition manufacturing facilities in Minnesota, Idaho, Arkansas, and Missouri, and service law enforcement, government agencies and sporting enthusiasts throughout the world. We are seeking a temporary Talent Coordinator to support high-volume hourly recruiting activities and onboarding efforts for our Anoka, Minnesota manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, HR, and Operations to coordinate hiring activities and deliver a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting recruiting activities within a manufacturing, industrial, or staffing environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
Pay Range: $28.50-$34.10 per hour
This is a temporary position reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Engagement and is a hybrid position, based out of our Anoka, Minnesota office.
What you’ll do:
Intake job requisition requests and post positions.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule phone, virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Track and monitor candidate flow through candidate trackers.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to proactively address hiring demands.
Support onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and new hire communications.
Manage candidate and recruiting communications through Workday.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
Experience you bring:
2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR support experience.
Experience with high-volume hourly recruiting required.
Microsoft Excel experience required.
Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or staffing agency experience preferred.
Experience using an applicant tracking system; Workday experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
Pay Range:
$26.25 - $36.68The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
