Technology Solutions Sales Executive
What this job involves
As a Technology Solutions Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth through strategic sales execution across both existing accounts and new customer segments. This high-visibility role requires a results-oriented professional with exceptional sales acumen, communication excellence, and strong organizational capabilities.
Strategic Territory Development You will create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for your assigned territory, working collaboratively with JLL Technologies and broader JLL teams to establish market presence and capture growth opportunities.
Revenue Generation & Business Development Your core responsibility centers on developing new business and expanding existing relationships according to your strategic plan. This encompasses the complete sales cycle from lead generation through opportunity development, deal closure, and ongoing client relationship management to drive sustained account growth.
Performance Analytics & Plan Optimization You will continuously track sales metrics, analyze results against targets, and refine your strategic approach and execution tactics based on data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness.
Strategic Partnership Development Building and nurturing key technology partnerships forms an essential component of your role. You will cultivate relationships that align with your strategic objectives and create pathways for new business and account expansion.

Sales Experience & Domain Knowledge Demonstrated success selling conceptual services, facility management solutions, workplace management services, or digital solutions to enterprise clients. Familiarity with corporate real estate technology platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA, IBM Maximo, FM:Systems, ServiceNow, Archibus, IoT solutions, AI applications, and Business Intelligence software strengthens your candidacy.
Executive Engagement Capabilities You possess the ability to engage and influence C-level decision makers, combined with consultative skills to partner with senior client leaders in understanding their organizational objectives and strategic priorities. Your executive presence enables you to deliver compelling presentations to peer-level audiences.
Results Accountability You thrive in a metrics-driven environment with clear accountability to sales quotas and financial targets, demonstrating comfort with performance-based evaluation.
Logistical Requirements This position requires flexibility for travel within the United States as needed and the ability to work effectively from a home office environment.
Skills preferred
Proven Sales Track Record You bring verifiable success in developing and executing territory or industry-specific sales strategies, with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated achievement in outside enterprise software or services sales.
Relevant Industry Background Ideal candidates have sales experience within Enterprise Software, Corporate Real Estate Services, Workplace Management, Facilities Management, Professional Services, BPO Consulting, Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM), or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).

Estimated compensation for this position:
135,000.00 – 160,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
