Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled and motivated Valuer or Senior Valuer to join our dynamic team in Sweden. As a Valuer/Senior valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable property valuations and strategic advisory services to our clients, which include real estate owners, investors, lenders, banks, companies, and private individuals.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough property valuations for various purposes, including financial and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, performance measurement, and purchase reports.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide insightful valuation advice and assessments.
Utilize market data and analysis to deliver market-facing valuations that stand up to scrutiny from all stakeholders.
Work closely with the Capital Markets and Leasing teams to stay informed about the latest market activity and trends.
Prepare detailed valuation reports that meet high standards and are delivered on time.
Provide strategic advisory services, including market analysis, real estate development, investment guidance, and strategic advice.
Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification or authorization by Samhällsbyggarna (Swedish Professionals for the Built Environment) and/or RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is preferred.
Proven experience in property valuation and strategic advisory services.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competence in using MS Office applications.
