The Senior Change Management Partner supports QVC by providing thought leadership and partnering with functional teams and impacted users to assess change impacts, identify target audiences, and develop engagement activities and communication materials that support successful adoption.
Where You'll Work
This role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states PA, NJ, DE, FL, ID, NC, SC, TN or VA to be considered. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Lead large-scale change management activities using a structured approach and defined tools.
Partner with project teams and people leaders to understand stakeholder impacts, timelines, and change needs.
Conduct business impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness and change risks.
Develop and support change enablement activities to build team member awareness, knowledge, and adoption.
Support communication and training efforts in partnership with communications and project training teams.
Measure change readiness and adoption through surveys, training data, and feedback to ensure successful implementation.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of experience in change management
2+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives using change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect and translate complex ideas and data into action
