CAPITAL TRUSTEES AG – Regulated Trustee Company/Finma Licensed
## Tasks
- Increase across Emerging Eurasia the Company’s market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community.
- Development of professional relationship with third parties (lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, tax advisors and so on) active in financial markets such as Kazakistan, Turkey, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
- Support the team in managing wealth planning of existing client in Middle-East and Asia.
## Requirements
- Business experience of around five years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI.
- Working experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and or Single/Multi-family offices.
- Familiar with HNWI wealth planning, in particular with arts and collectibles, real estate and shipping.
- Familiar with legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance.
- Holding an LL.M. degree, in line with working requirements.
- Familiar with Sharia Law and its application in wealth planning.
- Perfect knowledge of English, Italian and Russian, both written and spoken. A fourth language is a plus.
- TEP qualification is a plus.
