The Opportunity

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Real Estate Strategy Consultant, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop strategic solutions, and provide guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad understanding of finance to offer comprehensive support, helping clients improve decision-making and achieve their financial goals. This role involves tailoring recommendations to meet specific business requirements, making a tangible impact on client success.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities for growth, asking questions and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, developing financial solutions, and offering tailored recommendations. Your work will involve using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, all while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions
- Providing comprehensive guidance to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
- Utilizing financial modeling and analysis to support strategic recommendations
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform client strategies
- Collaborating with clients to enhance financial management and strategy
- Applying knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in client engagements
- Developing financial strategies to achieve client financial goals
- Leveraging analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts
- Interpreting data to generate insights and recommendations for clients
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
