Marketing Supervisor

The position is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market presence. It leads marketing campaigns, product marketing initiatives, digital marketing activities, and brand communications to drive business growth and support the company's strategic objectives. The role oversees the marketing team while ensuring effective collaboration with sales and other business functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

• Develop and implement brand strategies, marketing programs, and promotional initiatives aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
• Lead product marketing activities, including new product launches, consumer programs, pricing initiatives, and market development projects.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content development, and external marketing partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate ROI, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to improve brand performance.
• Supervise marketing personnel, manage marketing projects, support budget planning, and prepare reports and presentations for management.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• You must have at least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• You must have experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, bakery, or consumer goods industries.
• You must have strong experience in brand management, marketing strategy, campaign management, and product lifecycle management.
• You must have knowledge of consumer insights, digital marketing, project management, and budget management.
• You must possess strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite – Sto. Tomas, Batangas (FPIP)
