Rad Tech Lead

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Lead Radiologic Technologist, you will coordinate patient flow and staff schedules for all Outpatient Imaging locations under the Outpatient Imaging Supervisor, while performing patient exams.Every day you will maintain supply inventories, coordinate equipment servicing, and ensure standards for Joint Commission and State of Oregon surveys are met, with a strong belief in Mercy's mission, core values, and Patient Rights Statement.To be successful in this role, you will bring radiologic technology credentials, leadership and scheduling skills, and survey readiness knowledge.

Job Requirements

Required

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Program
• Threen (3) years experience as a staff technologist with one year in a lead position of some type
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT
