About the Job

Infillion is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent team and help us deliver an efficient, high-quality hiring experience across the organisation. Based in Costa Rica, this is a hands-on coordination role at the heart of our global recruitment operations.

You will support the day-to-day execution of our recruitment processes — sourcing candidates, maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring candidates and hiring managers are kept informed throughout each stage of the hiring process. You will partner closely with the Talent Lead and hiring managers across the business to keep hiring moving at pace and ensure every candidate has a great experience with Infillion.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-moving, global technology business.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end coordination of the recruitment process for high-volume and junior-level roles, from initial brief through to offer.
• Source and identify candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, specialist media and ad-tech communities, and talent databases.
• Conduct initial CV screening and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers with clear, structured summaries.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the process, providing timely updates and maintaining a consistently positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipeline tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support hiring managers across Sales, Revenue, Technology, Operations, and other functions with recruitment coordination and role briefings.
• Manage recruitment administration, including drafting offer letters, collecting documentation, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
• Post and promote vacancies across relevant platforms and channels, ensuring job adverts are accurate, compelling, and appropriately targeted.
• Support the Talent Lead with reporting, pipeline data, and ad hoc recruitment projects as required.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, templates, and candidate-facing communications.
• Represent Infillion professionally and positively at all stages of the candidate journey.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support role.
• Working knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem, including familiarity with concepts such as DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, programmatic advertising, or ad technology — or a strong and demonstrable interest in this space.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS platform.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and productivity software, including Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• A candidate-first mindset and a commitment to delivering a high-quality hiring experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities and competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborative and effective at building working relationships across functions and geographies.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential candidate and business information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting within the media, advertising, ad technology, or marketing technology sector, either in-house or agency-side.
• Hands-on understanding of the programmatic advertising supply chain, including DSPs, SSPs, data management platforms (DMPs), ad servers, or measurement solutions.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and direct candidate outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter or specialist ad-tech communities and forums.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment for individual roles, beyond coordination tasks.
• Exposure to hiring across multiple regions or time zones.
• Knowledge of employment practices and hiring norms in Costa Rica.
• Experience producing recruitment metrics, pipeline reports, or data dashboards.
• A genuine interest in building a career in talent acquisition and people operations.
