We are looking for a creative and motivated communications professional to join our team. The role requires a strong storyteller who can create compelling communication across digital and print platforms while supporting campaigns, fundraising initiatives, corporate partnerships and

organizational branding.

You will work closely with programme teams, fundraising, digital marketing and the communications team to develop high-quality communication assets that engage diverse stakeholders and strengthen Smile Foundation's brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

 Write, edit and develop engaging content across digital and print platforms

 Create communication assets including brochures, reports, newsletters, presentations, annual reports, case studies, website content, blogs and campaign collateral

 Translate programme updates and impact data into compelling stories

 Support communication campaigns for fundraising, CSR partnerships, education, healthcare and other thematic initiatives

 Develop communication material for digital campaigns, events and brand initiatives

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution

 Ensure communication aligns with Smile Foundation's brand identity and editorial standards

 Proofread and review communication material for consistency and quality

 Support maintenance of communication templates and content repositories

 Work closely with programme teams to understand communication requirements

 Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and vendors

 Assist in managing communication timelines across multiple projects

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing or related disciplines

 5–7 years' experience in communications, content marketing, branding or agency environments

 Excellent writing and editing skills

 Strong understanding of digital communication and integrated marketing

 Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

 Basic understanding of CMS platforms and AI-assisted content tools will be an advantage

 Excellent Communication: Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt communication for different audiences and platforms

 Creativity & Content Development: Ability to develop engaging communication products and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives

 Planning & Collaboration: Effectively manages multiple priorities while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners

 Quality & Attention to Detail: Produces accurate, well-structured and high-quality communication while maintaining brand consistency

 Learning Agility: Stays curious, embraces feedback and continuously explores new communication trends, digital platforms and AI-enabled tools
