Job Description:
Your Role
As a Senior Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and building new business. You will be expected to reframe the client’s thinking and build consensus for Microchip’s solutions, co-creating value by delivering clients the freedom to innovate.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and expand strategic accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
- Identify the key client stakeholders and coach them through Microchip’s solutions whilst supporting them within their organization
- Contribute and participate within a global team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies across client’s divisions and geographical locations
- Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in clients
- Build strong partnerships with industrial clients by presenting Microchip’s unique business insights and cutting-edge technologies
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities to engage new clients
- Develop compelling business cases to initiate contact with prospects in early sales funnel stages
- Apply creative strategies to attract new clients and solve complex challenges
Requirements/Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- Experience in semiconductor, embedded systems or related technology industries
- Proven track record in strategic account engagement and business development
- Solid understanding of Datacenter, Edge AI and System-on-Module applications
- Understanding Microchips technological capabilities and resources with the ability to translate those into our client’s business requirements
- Building, maintaining and synergizing relationships with our partner network
- Ability to identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities
- Ability to communicate with confidence into C-Level and Top Management contacts
- Willingness to travel and engage customers across regions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and capable of working in a highly matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms to enhance productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement
Qualifications And Experience
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a business and/or engineering discipline with a strong academic track record
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Business fluent language skills in German and English
- Relevant market knowledge and industry experience
