Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager
Location: London - Hybrid (3 days in office per week) Duration: 6-month contract, with potential for full time after Hours: 37.5 hours a week (9-5pm) Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer Pay: £27 - 32k per annum DOE
About Us Airbon Ltd is the company behind two growing brands in the indoor air quality sector.
Smart Air UK & EU is the official UK and European distributor for Smart Air, supplying high-performance air purification solutions to homes, schools, healthcare providers, businesses and public sector organisations.
Airbon is our own premium consumer brand, combining beautifully designed products with industry-leading air purification technology to make clean air an effortless part of everyday life.
As both brands continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager who is excited by the opportunity to take ownership of marketing across both businesses and play a key role in driving our next stage of growth.
About the Role This is not a traditional marketing role focused solely on social media or brand awareness.
We're looking for someone who enjoys analysing performance, testing new ideas and using data to generate measurable commercial results.
Your primary objective will be to increase ecommerce sales, generate qualified B2B leads and continuously improve marketing performance across every stage of the customer journey.
You'll be responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels, measuring their effectiveness and making ongoing improvements based on data, customer behaviour and commercial outcomes.
You'll also play an important role in maintaining two distinct brand identities, ensuring all marketing activity reflects the unique positioning of both Smart Air UK & EU and Airbon.
You'll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Operations & Account Manager, giving you the opportunity to directly influence business growth and see the impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Growth & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and deliver marketing strategies that increase ecommerce revenue across both brands.
• Generate qualified B2B enquiries through digital marketing activity. • Identify new commercial opportunities to grow brand awareness, website traffic
and sales. • Work closely with the CCO to align marketing activity with wider commercial
objectives. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify
opportunities for growth. • Recommend new initiatives and marketing channels based on performance data
and commercial potential.
Digital Marketing & Performance
• Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating spend to maximise return on investment.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation and sales.
• Monitor campaign performance using key commercial metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and revenue generated.
• Recommend changes based on campaign performance and testing results.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
• Monitor and report on marketing performance across all channels. • Produce regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing across digital advertising, email campaigns, landing pages, product pages and website content.
• Analyse customer behaviour using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other relevant platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and customer journeys.
• Use data to inform marketing decisions and continuously improve performance.
Website & Ecommerce Management
• Manage marketing activity across our Shopify and WooCommerce websites. • Maintain product pages, landing pages and website content. • Write blogs, educational articles and website copy to improve SEO and customer
engagement. • Improve website user experience and conversion through ongoing optimisation. • Support new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Content & Brand Management
• Plan, create and deliver engaging content across social media, email, website and other digital channels.
• Maintain clear and consistent brand identities for both Smart Air UK & EU and Airbon.
• Ensure all marketing communications reflect each brand's tone of voice and target audience.
• Develop educational content that helps customers understand indoor air quality and our products.
• Coordinate photography, video and creative assets where required. • Use AI tools appropriately for research, idea generation and proofreading, while
ensuring creative concepts and content remain original.
Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Develop automated customer journeys where appropriate. • Monitor email performance and continually improve open rates, click-through
rates and conversions. • Build customer loyalty through valuable, relevant communications.
Collaboration & Business Support
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Operations & Account Manager to support commercial initiatives.
• Create marketing materials, presentations and sales collateral where required. • Support exhibitions, events, product launches and partnership campaigns. • Contribute ideas to improve business performance across both brands. • Undertake additional marketing activities reasonably required to support
business growth.

Essential Experience • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing role. • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns. • Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools. • Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns. • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different
audiences. • Experience managing social media strategically across multiple platforms. • Experience creating and maintaining website content. • Experience writing blogs and SEO-focused content. • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practice. • Experience conducting A/B testing and using data to optimise campaign
performance. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable
insights. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Canva and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills • Experience using Shopify and/or WooCommerce. • Experience using Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems. • Experience using Meta Business Suite. • Basic photography, video editing or creative content production. • Experience working within ecommerce, consumer products, health, technology
or sustainability sectors. • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to support research,
productivity and proofreading.
