The role

The Operations Analyst – Cash Flow Reporting is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful cash flow reports for multiple regions and markets. The role plays a critical part in financial visibility and decision support by consolidating data from multiple internal teams and translating it into meaningful business insights.

Operating under the Hub Operations Lead, this role ensures strong coordination, reporting discipline, and analytical rigor to support effective cash flow management and business planning.

What you'll be responsible for

• Cash Flow Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) cash flow reports for various markets, and regions.
• Analyze cash inflows, outflows, and working capital trends to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data in all reports.
• Highlight key movements, risks, and opportunities impacting cash flow performance.
• Data Collection & Coordination
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (Finance, O2C, P2P, Treasury, Supply Chain) to gather required data in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to defined timelines and reporting calendars.
• Validate and reconcile data received from different sources to maintain data integrity.
• Act as a central point of contact for queries related to cash flow reporting.
• Reporting & Visualization
• Develop and maintain structured reporting formats, dashboards, and presentations.
• Leverage tools like MS Excel and Power BI to automate and enhance reporting.
• Provide clear and concise summaries for management review and decision-making.
• Continuously improve reporting efficiency and visualization quality.
• Variance Analysis & Insights
• Perform variance analysis against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods.
• Identify key drivers of changes in cash flow and working capital.
• Support forecasting teams by providing historical insights and trends.
• Recommend actions to improve cash flow performance and reporting accuracy.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build effective working relationships across regional and global teams.
• Ensure proactive communication and follow-ups for data submission and issue resolution.
• Support business reviews with relevant data and insights.
• Process Improvement & Governance
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize cash flow reporting processes.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Ensure documentation of reporting processes and adherence to governance standards.

We're looking for someone who

Rather than an exhaustive check list, focus on what really matters.

• University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, cash flow analysis, or FP&A
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP preferred)
• Understanding of cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting concepts
• Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environment is highly preferred.
• Experience working with regional/global teams preferred (EU/ANZ exposure is a plus)
