The role is based at our Sofia, Bulgaria office.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manages end-to-end shipment processes in compliance with relevant company procedures.

• Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.

• Executes independently with limited guidance and is capable of supervising others as relevant.

Who we are looking for 

• University Degree

• experience in a similar position in container shipping, logistics and/or supply chain and knowledge of container business will be an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bulgarian

• Good level of MS Office programmes

• Customer centricity mindset and focus on details, accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure keeping strict deadlines, good at time management

• Excellent communication skills and proactive perspective

• Collaborative approach, team player

• Willingness to learn and develop
