Role Responsibilities & Duties
- Supports business processes and workflow
- Identifies any associated issues and risks
- Monitors performance, results, and provides relevant analysis
- Database management
- Performs data and application maintenance updates
- Oversees processes and individual tasks and responsibilities
- Escalates database issues and acts as a first POC for customer escalations
- Communicates to both internal and external clients
- Identifies, escalates data and program specific issues to appropriate level of management
- Proactively seeks internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process
- Generates and analyzes client reporting
- Drives performance improvements with third party vendors
- Consistently meets and exceeds OPT’s key performance standards and quality objectives
- Other Ad-hoc duties
- Reporting actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced English language in written and spoken form
High School Degree
Critical thinking skills
12+ months experience in Supply Chain or Business Analyst type of role
Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite
Good understanding of supply chain procedures
Strong presentation skills and ability to work with third party vendors
