**Your Role as COO – Shape the Future of Compliance Services**

As **Chief Operating Officer**, you will take on a key leadership role within the management team. You will be responsible for overseeing our operational service delivery, managing strategic client relationships, and driving the implementation of innovative compliance solutions.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and optimize the delivery of **Compliance-as-a-Service** operations
• Manage key client relationships (**Key Account Management**)
• Oversee **regulatory monitoring**, gap assessments, and impact analyses
• Develop and execute **implementation concepts** for new regulatory requirements (e.g., KWG, WpIG, MaComp)
• Collaborate with our advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
• Participate in strategic decision-making

## Qualifikation

• Completed **university degree** (e.g. law, finance, economics or related fields), **Bachelor or higher**
• Professional experience at a **Big Four firm** or in a regulated financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
• Strong leadership, communication and client management skills
• Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
