About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow assigned vendors in the Czech market, with a focus on Data & AI products and solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to drive business growth, develop go-to-market activities, and support commercial execution within the local distribution ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
• Build and execute go-to-market plans for assigned vendors
• Identify new business opportunities and support partner and customer deals
• Manage and develop partner and customer relationships
• Support pricing, deals, rebates, and commercial negotiations
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance
• Support marketing activities, partner programmes, and customer events
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure execution
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in business development, sales, or partner management
• Strong commercial skills with clear communication and confident presentations
• Fluent in English and Czech
• Background with technology, IT distribution, or an IT partner or reseller would be a strong advantage
