Finance Manager - Data Center

Job Description – Finance Manager Department: FLOW Digital Technical Management Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer Location: Singapore Job Status: Full-Time ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead financial operations for our data centre business. This role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, managing compliance, and supporting strategic growth in a capital-intensive, rapidly evolving environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial control, reporting, and infrastructure finance. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities Financial Control & Compliance

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets.

• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements.

• Manage internal controls and risk mitigation processes across financial operations. Financial Reporting

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports. • Support external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Partner with FP&A to develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. • Monitor financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights.

CapEx & Asset Management

• Track capital expenditures and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation of data centre assets.

• Support investment planning and cost control for infrastructure projects. Treasury & Cash Flow

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. • Ensure liquidity planning and optimize financing structures.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Drive automation and efficiency in financial systems and processes. • Support ERP implementation and upgrades relevant to finance operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required.

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a controller or senior accounting role.

• Experience in data centre, real estate, energy, or infrastructure sectors preferred. • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial controls. • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
