MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

From conferences and product launches to gala dinners, audiovisual productions and large-scale corporate

Working closely with the business owners, you will play a key role in shaping the company's marketing

strategy, strengthening its brand presence, generating new business opportunities, and contributing directly to

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.

• Manage the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs and email campaigns.

• Write LinkedIn articles, company updates and thought leadership content.

• Drive digital marketing campaigns and monitor performance.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Conduct client outreach, networking and relationship-building activities.

• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, venues, agencies and event planners.

• Attend meetings with prospective clients and strategic partners.

• Coordinate content creation and manage videographers and content teams during major events.

• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.

 

What do you bring to the table?

• Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation and brand building.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.

• Based in Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Johannesburg or surrounding areas.

 

Advantageous

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

• Afrikaans language proficiency.

• Experience in sales, account management or client relationship management.

• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and business processes.
