Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Strategy
- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Serve as a key advisor on all people-related matters at the leadership level
- Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR managers to elevate performance and productivity
- Oversee leadership development and training programs across the organization
- Build and inspire a high-performing HR team
Talent & Employee Engagement
- Develop innovative strategies to strengthen talent acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Cultivate a strong workplace culture aligned with the agency's mission and values
- Champion initiatives that support employee wellbeing and long-term growth
HR Operations & Compliance
- Streamline HR processes to drive operational efficiency across the department
- Ensure full compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations
- Enhance HR systems to deliver data-driven insights and solutions
Qualifications
- Extensive HR leadership experience, preferably in homecare or healthcare
